August Training

The August Training will begin on the 2nd and will run through the 26th.  The cost is $50.00 for the four week session or $25.00 for HS girls for two weeks.  

Please review the workout schedule for times and dates.  

This offering is for the IG2 group and up.  

If the swimmer has swam with us in the past year there is no need to bring a registration form, just the payment.
