Course Maps

Swim – The swim will be a half-mile triangular race from the sandy shores of Antlers Park. The course will be well marked and easy to follow. Water temps in mid August are normally a comfortable 78-80 degrees, but wetsuits are legal. |

Bike – The 14 mile bike route will consist of two 7 mile loops around Lake Marion traveling clockwise. There will be a short section on a bike path (~100 yards) that will be well marked and staffed with volunteers for added safety. All cyclists must observe MN traffic laws. ANSI or SNELL approved hard-shelled helmets are required. Drafting is prohibited. |

Run – The 3.1 mile out-and-back course will wind through the surrounding neighborhoods. It is a well shaded course, and we will have two water stops on the route. |
