| Stroke And Turn Clinic |
- Held 2+ times per year
- 1 hour practices over a 2 week period
- 8-9 practice sessions
- Mini Meet held at last practice session
- Focus is on instruction of free style, breaststroke, backstroke and fly as well as flip turns and backstroke turns.
- Swimmers may be invited to join the South Metro STORM Competitive swim club upon completion of the Stroke and turn clinic.

- Are held at the beginning of each session ie: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
- Coaches will assess the swimmers and determine readiness to join the South Metro STORM Swim Club.
- With coach’s approval, group placement then will be decided.
