SR Workouts 4/1-4/7
Bumped this old news item for those who might miss any workouts during break
Swimmers who are able to access a pool and are looking for some workouts here are a few options for you.
If you do not have a pool:
15-20 min walk run 15-20 min of stretching then 3 cycles of the following:
15 push ups
20 calf raisers to each leg
10 single leg lunges each leg
2 min of abs mix it up
These pool workouts are varied, I don't know what time availabitly you all have so if you can get in the water 4-5 times this week, and do the above workout on the other days, I would be thrilled.
